Membership

 

Membership is open to professional visual artists who live in, work in, or otherwise have strong ties to the Borough of Queens.

 

Members pay an annual fee that entitles them to:

• Participation in LIC-A  sponsored exhibitions and events throughout the calendar year

• ART SALONS, MEET-THE-ARTIST- EVENTS, STUDIO TOURS

• E-mail alerts re: opportunities for networking, grants, workshops and seminars, artist residencies and outside exhibitions

• Special community art projects

• A personal page on our website with bio and images

• Opportunities to participate in Members' shows in other venues throughout New York City

*Because LIC Artists, Inc. is a membership organization, all members are expected to volunteer their time on behalf or the organization in their field of expertise; e.g., web or graphic design, fund raising, writing, administration, etc.
