Membership
Membership is open to visual artists who live in the greater NYC metropolitan area.
Members pay an annual fee that entitles them to:

Participation in LIC-A sponsored exhibitions and events throughout the calendar year including Artists Talks, and Professional development Workshops.

E-mail alerts on networking opportunities, grants, workshops and seminars, artist residencies and external exhibitions

Particiption in the LIC Arts Open Annual Arts Festival (Mid May)

Guaranteed inclusion in our annual Members' Exhibition and opportunities to participate in Members' shows in other venues throughout New York City

Opportunity for NYSCA artists grant sponsorship (Over $85k distributed over the last 2 years)

*Because LIC Artists, Inc. is a membership organization, all members are expected to volunteer their time on behalf of the organization in their field of expertise, e.g., gallery sitting, exhibition install assistance, web or graphic design, fundraising, writing, administration, etc.
Must be 18 years or older.
