Seeger received a BFA in Painting from Binghamton University and an MFA  in Painting from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). His work has  been shown at Gold, New Jersey; Room 482, Brooklyn; Arts & Leisure,  Freight & Volume, New York; Public Address, Brooklyn; This Friday or  Next Friday, Brooklyn; Rhode Island School of Design Memorial Hall  Gallery, Providence. His residencies and awards include: Collarworks:  Flatfile Program, New York (2020); Meeting House AIR, New York (2019);  GROUNDWORK III, New York (2015); Vermont Studio Center, Vermont (2009);  and NYSCA Grant (2004).
