Jemina Vita

Right before lock-down, I had been creating various sculptural pieces that represented a fundamental self metamorphosis that I was undergoing at the time. Appropriating in reverse from Franz Kafka’s “The Metamorphosis “, I, who had identified with being an isolated, burdened and weak insect for so long, felt that I was finally mutating into a vigorous auroral blossom.

Nevertheless, inevitably perhaps, the pieces did become about that time -
