Felix Quiñonez Jr.

Born in Paraguay and raised on Long Island, Felix moved to NYC to attend Hunter College. There, he studied journalism and art. Since graduating, he has also studied illustration at the School of Visual Arts. Like millions of others, Felix fell in love with the city and now can't imagine living anywhere else. 

Felix uses his art to tell stories that are personal but also touch on universal themes. His work often combines autobiographical elements with fantasy, sci-fiction, and his love for NYC.

His self-published comic books and graphic novels have been sold in stores in NYC and online. His writing has been published in the Hunts Point Express, My Culture Magazine, USA Today, and various online publications. He has covered local politics, movies, and art.

He lives with his amazing cat and his cat's rat. They make comics, watch movies, and listen to records.
