Elvin Flores

Elvin has been drawing and painting for more than a decade. Elvin has said that he paints and draws both for himself and for others. It is a way that he can fulfill his intention to make others happy; by using his hands, by creating shapes and by fully utilizing color he is helping others. Art is something he does, it comes from within and he appreciates the opportunities he has had to develop as an artist. He considers himself a student and he learns from all of his teachers. The paintings exhibited here represent work during that time. His most recent painting measures 5'x4' and will be one of those to be exhibited at his next show.
