Connect & Create
Workshop at The Plaxall Gallery
As you enter this new year, perhaps there is something you've been dreaming of creating, but you feel stuck or unmotivated to bring your vision to fruition?
We invite you to join us for a three hour journey that begins with yoga and meditation to connect more deeply with the self, continues with breath work and improvisational movement to explore connection with others, and culminates in a period of judgement-free collaborative creativity.
We believe everyone has innate creative power and that sometimes we all need guidance finding the tools to access it. Whether you already consider yourself a creative, or you are simply hoping to dive into your 2020 with deeper intention, this workshop will help you get into the body and out of the critical mind so that you can begin to access a state of flow with your own unique gifts!
