In my art, I delve into the interplay of materials & memories, with a focus on encaustic wax. I blend traditional techniques with modern sensibilities, experimenting with various elements like inks, watercolor, and collage. Alongside wall-hung pieces, I create encaustic vessels that highlight the tactile nature of wax.

My creative process is a dialogue with the materials, particularly the complexities of working with wax. It's a journey of discovery where the image emerges gradually. I also incorporate plaster, gesso, and sand to enhance texture and visual interest.

Color plays a vital role, as I often use a limited palette to deepen emotional resonance. Ultimately, I want viewers to connect with their own memories and experiences through my work, sparking reflection and personal reverie.
