Painting and drawing have been a form of language in my life since childhood.

Presently, after 20 years of living in NYC, my work reflects an intuitive response to life in an urban environment; daily commutes in the subway system, the concentration of humanity, the juxtaposition of nature and man-made construction, the never ending surprises.

Discovering beauty and form within the surrounding chaos is a constant motivating force in my life as an artist.
