Artist Statement:
I paint cityscapes and landscapes with an eye to abstraction I grew up in a cramped. apartment and teaching 100 adolescents daily, I craved the stillness and quiet of painting from my roof observing the effects of light, weather and season on architectural forms. Now my urban landscapes have become more and more peopled., and animals have become the subject of my prints.
