Note: Pre-COVID,  Queens Memory had conducted several interviews with LIC artists, which focused on their thoughts about the community they live in and their artistic careers. For this project, we returned to some of these same artists, to capture their current perspectives, during these tumultuous times. We feel it is important to archive these artist interviews that took place during COVID-19, as our current events have radically changed our society. A big thank you to the participating LIC artists, for their wonderful insights and for their time.
