Studio J, established in 2012, is a contemporary studio/gallery in the heart of Long island City, one of the fastest growing, vibrant neighborhoods in New York. The Gallery is dedicated to the promotion and exposure of emerging, mid-career as well as established artists, who seek to be a part of the dynamic artistic energy that’s thriving in this neighborhood.
It's an interactive space that explores the innate creative energy between art and community. With exciting exhibits, participatory experiences, such as adult painting dates, art workshops and cultural events, we seek to explore and expose the variety of artistic talent within our community.
Our goal is to provide a fresh artistic alternative within a diverse environment, and to foster inspirational, cultural enrichment.
