Jonathan Baez

Jonathan Baez began drawing at an early age and went on to study fine arts at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School in Manhattan's West Side. After obtaining a Bachelors degree in Finance & Accounting, Baez rekindled his love for the arts. He has been inspired through his many travels and the city of New York; where he was born and raised. Baez combines geometric shapes and colours to produce patterns and figures. Jonathan’s current medium of choice is Acrylic Paint, which he uses to create images that display vivid expression and process. This year he plans to explore the use of different materials and techniques to develop elaborate, figurative paintings.
