Deborah Zavon

As a child I found joy in rendering the world around me. It is that feeling of exhilaration that has grown through the years. I find the most inspiring subject to be the human figure. Creating a likeness is more than reproducing the features. Capturing the thoughts, experiences and emotions of the subject is the most fulfilling and rewarding aspect of the work. I learn about myself and lose myself during the process.
