Andrew Wheatley

As an editorial illustrator, I aim to create eye-catching illustrations that communicate complex ideas and concepts. I enjoy creative problem solving—determining what I want the image to say, and how to relay specific ideas. I believe that images should be in a dialogue with each viewer—allowing them to interpret and piece together the narrative themselves.

 

My work has been published in: The Guardian, Wired, The Globe & Mail, The Leeds Guide, The Ecologist, and New Internationalist—and I was selected for the Association of Illustrators' Images 32 Exhibition: The Best of British Contemporary Illustration.
