Membership

Membership is open to professional visual artists who live in, work in, or otherwise have strong ties to the Borough of Queens.

Members pay an annual fee of $50 that entitles them to

• Representation on the LIC Artists website, including 6 images of artwork and access to members’ classifieds and discussion board
• Participation in LIC Artists Open Studios, exhibitions and events throughout the calendar year
• E-mail alerts re: opportunities for networking, grants, workshops and seminars, artist residencies and outside exhibitions

Because LIC Artists, Inc. is a membership organization, all members are expected to volunteer their time on behalf or the organization in their field of expertise; e.g., web or graphic design, fund raising, writing, administration, etc..
