Andrea Modica is a self-taught artist who uses color and texture to explore his fascination with parallel universes, alternate realities, worm-holes, black holes and the spirit being free from the human body. How would this look? How would this feel? How would our spirit move or exist? Could a painting be a porthole to another dimension? Could a painting alter our consciousness? Andrea's process for painting varies from improvising to drawing studies and premeditating the painting from start to finish.
