I am a multi-media visual artist. My black and white photos and colorful canvases, collage are in provocative spaces, libraries, officers, and private homes. I have exhibited my art work here and in Latin America. I taught many studio art classes to children, adults and teens for over 22 years. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and a Masters in Science in Education from Queens College.
I work as a artist instructor for the Museum collaborative and the Cultural Council Foundation under a program called CETA. In 2000, I designed and painted one of the cows for the New York City CowParade exhibition. The piece is entitled "Tropicow", and in 2001, I designed and painted a Large dog for the Main Line art Center in Pennsylvania, entitled "Tropidog". I have won over 58 awards in the arts, teaching and community service.
