Patricia Dorfman

Dorfman is an artist who lives and works in Sunnyside. Her training includes the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the School for Visual Arts. She works in oil, crayon, pastels and Adobe Illustrator. Recent shows were Citicorp Showcase and Transpositions. She founded www.sunnysideartists.org/ in 2007. In her previous life in film, Dorfman was awarded or exhibited at Telluride, Houston, Chicago, and New York Film Festivals, and the One Show. Pat received a Cine Golden Eagle, the highest achievement in non-theatrical films. Producing 425 national television commercials for clients such as American Express, Revlon and Coca Cola, Pat is a member of the Directors Guild of America. An illustrator, 64 drawings for Scribner's On Food And Cooking by Harold McGee, Pat also designs for print and web.
